Description:	On behalf of the Organizing Committee and the International Scientific Committee, we welcome you to the 10th European Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring (EWSHM 2020). This Workshop represents a forum where experts from around the world discuss the latest advancements and breakthroughs in the field of structural health monitoring (SHM) and more broadly in the fields of smart materials and intelligent systems. The Workshop also fosters the discussion and identification of key and emerging challenges and opportunities in research, development, and field applications that are critical and unique in SHM. The 2020 workshop is also intended to promote communication exchange and cross-fertilization between multiple engineering disciplines and beyond. Topics of special interest for this 10th Workshop include but are not limited to Biomedical Applications, Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0.
