Name:	Munich Symposium on Lightweight Design 2020
Description:	Since 2003, the Technical University of Munich, the Bundeswehr University, and the University of Applied Sciences in Munich have been inviting researchers and experts in the field of Lightweight Design to the Munich Symposium of Lightweight Design. The Symposium aims to bring experts from both Academia and Industry to discuss new developments, processes, and possible applications for pushing research in Lightweight Design. We are inviting all interested researchers and industry-related practitioners to present their work. For the first time, the presenters also have the opportunity to get their work published as a manuscript at Springer. The manuscript can be submitted either as a short article or a full paper (guideline: 2-10 pages) in German or English. The article will be published in the Proceedings of the Munich Symposium on Lightweight Design 2020 (Tagungsband zum Münchner Leichtbauseminar 2020) as an online book by Springer. In addition, we also invite all those interested in Lightweight Design to take part in the free symposium, which will take place over three days at the different participating universities.
