| Description: | The 6th MICCAI Workshop on Computational Abdominal Imaging aims to provide a comprehensive forum for reviewing clinical opportunities in computational abdominal imaging, and for sharing state-of-the-art as well as emerging techniques for solving computationally challenging image analysis and visualization problems, by bringing together leading researchers and clinician-scientists around the world. The workshop will provide participants in-depth and interactive discussions on the emerging techniques introduced by the current clinical challenges that have not been fully explored in the MICCAI main conference. Leveraging the success of the previous workshops, the workshop will expand its focus on the following three growing fields in computational abdominal imaging this year: computer-aided diagnosis in abdomen, abdominal intervention, and computational anatomy. We will thus solicit original and review papers that address innovative research and development in these fields. |
