Name:	4th Mediterranean Forum Sarajevo-Dubrovnik Constellation
Description:	The first Mediterranean Forum was held in Dubrovnik (Croatia) in 2017, and continues to be interchanged between Dubrovnik and Sarajevo. We are pleased to host the 2020 edition in Sarajevo, a city whose richness of history and cultural vibrancy provides an extraordinary setting for addressing the region’s common goals. The Forum aims to provide a unique geopolitical and scientific platform addressing global economic, political, and scientific issues in the context of the Mediterranean area. Following the Forum’s main session, the conference will continue with five parallel sessions held over the course of the following day (Saturday, 24th October), addressing the areas of medicine, digitalization, data science, energy, and migration. This is the first time we are organizing the Data Science conference within the Mediterranean Forum, but we intend that this becomes an annual conference. With the aim to support the development of data science tools and applications in the region, we want to provide an international forum in which data science academics and practitioners can communicate their findings and ideas. While we encourage submissions of fundamental research in data science (within the Research Track), we are also welcoming papers that apply data science in various technical and non-technical fields (within the Application Track).
